The best massage place in south jersey, Marissa the manager was very helpful when ever i had a question. Very clean, peaceful and most importantly relaxing.
Confusing cost. $65 the first time second time is $95. Not really sure why? But there is a monthly option with a start up fee. But can be waived if you sign up now. They give you all this info right after you walk out of ur massage and ur half asleep or in a trance from the massage not sure how anyone can comprehend the math equation. I think I signed up for another massage but if I can't make it I get charged $50. Who knows?!
This place has really great hours, especially for people working and can't make an appointment immediately after work and would like dinner first! Staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. The place has joint rooms for couples, or single rooms, and a variety of services
Facial was nice but ninety some dollars plus tip is rediculous. Was told was cause I didnt want to have membership to come every month. Cant afford every month nor can I afford their facials. So will go elsewhere.
So, I had a family medical emergency, had to rush out of town due to my fathers health and called to cancel my appointment at the last minute and explained the situation to the young girl that answered the phone. I called from my fathers home phone due to not having cell service where he lives, assuming they may have caller ID just for further proof of being out of town. I get charged anyway (yes I know, it's policy). I had previously submitted a bad review due to this, however I am amending my review. I was promptly called to rectify the situation. My account was credited back the full amount and I happily rescheduled. The manager was very apologetic and handled the issue graciously.. Thank you.
