Pricing was extremely reasonable, 5/5. I received quotes from other body shops that were literally double what Steve's wanted to do the work. The finished product was near perfect, 4.5/5. I highly recommend anyone searching for a body shop to take their car here.
They get things done right. They're very honest. I went to Posh to get a oil change n they told me I needed a battery $110.00!! I just didn't feel right about it. ( I know nothing about cars) So I decided to bring it to Steves and he told me my battery was fine. He could've ripped me off but he saved me that $110.00!! They did stuff like that on other things too.
Steve's Auto Repair is the best in Gloucester County! I've taken my vehicles to many other repair shops the past 20 years until I found this place. If you are a good judge of character like me, you can tell right away this guy is not out to rip you off. The repair price was responsible and he offered me a parts warranty from the last visit that I would have never known about!? Stand up guy! I highly recommend.
'PLEASE READ FIRST' - Took my car to Steve's auto in May 2017 to get my Fuel pump and Brakes fixed for over $ 2000.00 [ labor - $ 1300.00, parts approximately $ 550.00 ] . I could have had a new engine installed for that amount . Steve said he could fix everything. First ,My gas tank needed to be cleaned he said they don't do that so I had to find and take it myself to another shop to be cleaned A separate $156.00 for that. Then it took him 4 months to find parts - now my gas gauge stopped working. As for my brakes Steve said he was installing new rear calipers, never did and they disconnected my emergency brakes pads to make my brakes work and now my brake light is on all the time. Finally picked up my car October 31st , Already called Steve's 3 times have not heard back yet . Steve might be able to change a battery but they cannot do large jobs . UPDATE - Went out to get estimates to fix this mess it will now cost another $1900 , now my car sits waiting to be fixed ,Car is not safe to drive . Steve's auto is a rip off stay away .
Did a good job on my van. Even powerwashed my weathertech mats. Nice touch.
