Customer service here is horrible don't go to this one if u don't have to. The older white guy is the worst so miserable! I hate coming here!
I give them one star because my packages did arrive however at a cost. A great cost to me. When I went in 10 days before Christmas, I was told the only way to guarantee they will arrive before Christmas was to pay for 3 day shipping. I said "What about ground? Is there even a chance they will get there if I send the UPS ground? The man behind the counter said, "I guarantee they will not get there by Christmas if you send them ground, not even a chance." So I sent three packages 3 day, and one to the relative that has more rural delivery route by UPS ground. This is usually the last relative to get their Christmas packages each year. That relative got theirs on Tuesday before Christmas and the other three got theirs a day later on the Wednesday before Christmas. I could have spent half as much on those and they would have all gotten their packages before Christmas. He fooled me into paying twice as much. I will never go back to that UPS Store again. Stay away. They just want your money.
The Customer Service had a Negative Vibe to them and seemed like they didnt want to be bothered i needed Paper work filled out But the paperwork was filled out wrong than when i went back to get it corrected they still charged me for there mistake and that was something he seemed excited to do. Did not even say sorry for the mistake. Didn't want to listen to a word I had to say either. Next time Pls dont charge for your mistakes and Pls Act like you care about ur job and Listen to the customers and not charge them for mistakes not made by them.
I was there shipping some important documents for my divorce and the manager was being pretty harsh to the employee on register. I loved the associate, but I was very unhappy with the manager's attitude toward the her as well as the managers bad manners in front of customers. The poor employee helping me was so stressed out by her boss that a mistake was made while transferring the info from my sheet to the computer, even though she verbally confirmed everything I had written before I paid and left. I, personally, don't blame her and it was resolved after the package ended up at the wrong address, but no one should be treated like she was. I'd like to add that the associate helping me was doing her very best to help get 3 different customers taken care of in a timely manner, while the boss worked on one customer. I really wish I could remember their names. I will update my review the next time I ship something from this location, if I see either of them again.
Staff was very unpleasant. I went to this location once at 7:48 pm, upon walking in the store I asked an older man with white hair, how to print from the location. He said "nah nah, we closed" I looked at the time but said thank you. Following the next day, I returned to the ups store being that the iteam I needed printed was important. The moment the same man laid eyes on me, I could sense negative energy. I ignored it, n asked how to print once again. He chose not to have a response n just pointed at the computer. Yet, i repeated the question cause I wasn't sure if there would be a log in or if I would be able print from a cell phone. This time the older man grunted maybe said one word that wasn't clear enough to understand. At this point I just wanted to get the One paper I need printed. When the man rung me up the total was $3.67 give or take Penny's. That was for less then two mins n one sheet printed.
