A great and friendly atmosphere and always accomadating. All my children and I get our hair done by Byrde. She knows exactly what we want every time. A feating task to satisfy teenagers, but my kids are happy every time and don't want to go to anyone else ever. I also love that they carry many lines of products. Byrd will show us what will work with our new hair styles and the products are always there in stock (and many times on special sales) This may not be an upscale priced salon, but you will leave with an upscale doo!

Treatment was good. After your hair Is cut they shampoo and oil your hair even as a man... stylist was tamika shene'e...couple from antigua!!
Probably the worst hair experience I’ve ever had. I had an appointment with Byrde who was very prompt and timely, but as she proceeded to wash my hair she literally ripped a $65 earring out of my ear (which was lost), leaving me bleeding in her chair. She didn’t really seem to care much claiming she didn’t even feel it rip out, she never before needed anyone to remove their jewelry and she never had a problem before. She also seemed too preoccupied with the fact that she had more clients to even attend to me, the bleeding client currently sitting in her chair. Honestly, whatever ... accidents happen, but on top of all that my hair came out really poorly. Not sure if she knows how to do black hair or what ... Overall, would not go back. Would not recommend.
