Prices are good but the flooring Dept needs help. I dont know who to blame the installer or Lowes. Since Lowes has my money and was paid in advance i think they should be responsible. I ordered carpet from them two times and had problems both times. I learned my lesson no three strikes your out.
Will not be returning to this location, they don't appreciate their customers and overpromise and ridiculously under deliver.
Had a delivery today from 1230-230, no call or heads up until I called them. Was put on hold twice & hung up on twice. Redirected to another individual on the third attempt and told that the delivery men were loading up the car at 230 and would be on their way in 20 minutes or so. Beside the fact that communication was lacking, customer service was rude & unhelpful until the 3rd call... if you tell a customer 0230 and you're not even on your way don't give a time estimate. Waiting all day for a delivery is irritating enough, especially when youre short on time, but no apology for lateness or lack of communication is not appreciating a customer.
A month prior I had a grill ordered and they offered to put it together for free and stated a time and date for pick up. Day of and hours after the stated time we were left waiting for 2 hours.
The service is very friendly and helpful. The selection for pt wood was actually worse than home depot & their selection infamously sucks. Very disappointed.
As always these kind of places always seem understaffed. Every register should be open and attended to no matter what time or day or how slow the store seems. Employees are scheduled very sparingly in order to make more profit leading to a profit over customer culture which is always disgraceful. The tool section was out of order all over with a huge step ladder in the middle of one asile blocking it off, that's totally unacceptable and a sign of very poor management, once again profit over customer culture, very disgraceful always.
Always has the small home improvement items I need at great prices.
