I'd much rather give my money to a local buisness, and they were the most reasonably priced in the area. Overall a wonderful experience, everyone was friendly & helpful.
My experience is horrible I'm living it as we speak he gave me a rate he didn't stand behind his word his workers came in on Thursday late didnt get the job done. left and didn't clean up their area. said they was coming back the next morning which was Saturday today. call me and said that they couldn't make it this morning they was going to come this afternoon now he is saying that they can't get here cuz they don't have a truck the owner doesn't want to send out another worker which I don't understand . The owner of the company is more worried about how his workers and how they feel then the paying customer. I would never recommend them to anyone else. Very very disappointed. Not to mention I was over talked every time I try to explain my concerns but when the man of the house talk then everything was understood very disrespectful to talk over me because I am a woman bottom line bad service.
Terrible workmanship. He doesn't stand behind his product. Wouldn't come back after numerous calls. He's liar and a cheat.
I called on a Saturday evening to ask their hours, but was informed they don't have a showroom; they come to your house! Sunday morning Bill came to show us carpeting samples. While he was showing us carpeting he took measurements in the same trip and by Friday our room was professionally installed. The installer actually showed up early, which was great. The "Big Box Stores" had told us it would take up to 2 weeks.
