From start to finish, the whole buying and delivery was very easy. Gentlemen at the store were nice and easy to work with. They have a computer system that helps the process of choosing the right mattress. My mattress is pretty amazing! The delivery was quick and timing was perfect! Highly recommend if you want a great mattress. The price was right too! I definitely feel like I paid what I should've.
Excellent service!!! Shopped around my area for a specific mattress and none of the places had it. Then I drove by Mattress Warehouse almost causing an accident making the turn. Walked in told them what I wanted, they had it in stock, and bought it right then and there. They even took away my old boxspring and mattress for $30. The salesperson there was extremely knowledgeable as well. I highly recommend you all check this place out when purchasing a new mattress. Thanks and have a nice day!!!
Horrible. I was lied to when I purchased a mattress set from the guy Joe who is always in the store. I had my mattress for a little over a month and it's starting to sink in leaving me very uncomfortable. I suffer from back pain so I made sure that I brought a bed for my back. I went into the store to see if it was a way to get something else more fitting to my needs and the salesman pretty much laughed in my face. He even stated that he and his wife sleeps well at night. He has a $3000 bed that he only paid $1500 for. I asked him for the number to the corporate office and was told to look it up. Upon leaving the store the other salesman saw that I was upset and gave me some information that the other one who sold me the mattress wouldn't. I told the salesman who sold me the mattress that I was going to write a review about what took place and he said oh well can't please everyone. I emailed the company and I'm waiting to hear back from them . Don't waste your money here.
