Fantastic selection of hot sauce flavors and heat levels. Wait staff is very nice and accommodating, and there's usually some special deal of the day. Lots of tvs everywhere to check whatever game you're into too.
Food was great, came out hot and fresh. The server that we had her name is Courtney was wonderful came over and asked how the meal was. Even tho she had to bust tables and was close to the end of her shift. But the other server in the area saw that the table was with out drinks and just kept walking away. I have never seen anyone working in the food service ever do that.
Absolutely great experience, seating staff was very accommodating to our request to be seated elsewhere. Food and drinks were served in a timely manner as well quite enjoyable but above all, I'd like to thank Alexis (our waitress) for making our stay at this restaurant a most enjoyable one, I can only hope that the management team at BWW recognizes your efforts because my wife and I both did realize how busy she was attending other guest yet made the effort to guarantee that we were attended to throughout our meal. Love love love this place. The staff always makes me feel at home when I go there. Oftentimes I will go alone when I'm in the mood for wings and a beer. Matt the manager is the bomb. So friendly and accommodating he works his tail off.
Just went there tonight. Very accommodating for the large group of 9 that we had got us in with no wait. Our waiter was very friendly, BUT place was way understaffed only two servers handling the whole restaurant along with a handful of food runnera....it took forever for our order to be taken...food took a while to come out when it did there was no celery or carrots for 4 orders of wings. One order (mine) was forgotten about and eventually came out 20 minutes after everyone had started eating along with finally bringing some celery and carrots. The definitely need more wait staff and food should be served relatively together, kind of wish I would have just said forget about my food and canceled the order (brief apology was given by the server but still). Wasn't a huge fan to begin with was hoping they would change my mind but honestly will probably not come again.
