The manager had to get my order while all his workers standing around. The customer behind me waited for quite a bit for one order of fries. The fries were up just no one got them. I will never be back. This manager has his hands full with this work force.
If you want to get something quick around 7am, forget it. I pulled in at 7:05 didn't leave drive thru until 7:21. I pulled behind the first lane car because second lane was empty and there was only one car in front of me, but somehow three new cars in the second order lane made it past me. I used to work at McDonalds, so I know the morning rush. I was both lanes and cash during rushes (if you work here you know how annoying that can be). However, there wasn't someone taking cash here. Instead, the first window was taking cash and doing window. Suggestion: someone should be doing both lanes and cash when it's short staffed. With that being said, I don't think the workers are slow. They are either understaffed or the workers aren't being put in the right positions. Both lanes and cash is stressful (I used to do it), but it gets over and done with. With one person in the back doing both lanes and cash, the front is focusing on the front end orders and the drive thru. There should be one person "running" (packing the orders) for front end and drive thru while the person on front end stays on counter and the drive thru person stays in the window. That's 4 workers. 1: both lanes and cash in the back 2: window (drive thru) 3: runner (packing orders for window and front end 4: counter (person taking orders on counter). If you are short staffed, you really should be using this set up. Of course, there is more workers needed for table (making the food), but they are usually always on table and are assigned there every shift. On the bright side, the food IS always hot when I get it. They have that going for them.
This place is slow! Especially in the morning. Don't go if you're on your way to work...you will be late. They need better managers and additional staff with better attitudes.

Horrible drive thru! I was double charged for my entire order and in the end my order was wrong!! This establishment needs to train their employees!!
Took forever inside for three small fries and three drinks. Thank God they weren't busy. Lazy people
