I previously worked for Starbucks for about 3 years and I must say...this is the slowest service I’ve ever received. Not just once, but multiple times. Drinks are made incorrectly or even better....forgotten. Time to retrain.
15 mins for the wait of my frap. And they gave me a hot coffee. Waited another 10 mins to get the right one. They made drinks extremely slow here even though they have like 8 of the workers. I saw they threw out 3-5 drinks because they were wrong.
I am happy to report that they have simply turned it around! Relatively quick and accurate orders. Much more pleasant and attentive baristas as well.
I used to avoid this particular Starbucks for quite a while. They used to be incredibly slow and frequently messed up drink orders. I'm am back to going several times a week.
I like the parking here and the tables are spacious enough that it's never overcrowded. Unfortunately, this Starbucks always gets my drinks wrong. I generally order a grande pike, so it's not the most difficult of drinks to get right. The drive through is their main culprit. I think it's mostly because they are always busy, but either way it is really annoying.
Ordered through app. Hadn't even started order when I got there. They were out of what I ordered. Took 5 minutes for then to figure out how to refund me.
