Our next car purchase will definitely be from Carmax. The shopping experience there is so much better than traditional car lots. The staff is friendly and helpful but they let you explore on your own which was a huge selling point for us.

Great deal on car.. but bought with business. They requested a lot of paperwork and questions . Local ford dealership more business friendly. Maybe company policy, but be prepared to spend 3 to 4 hours even if paying with check. Salesman great, it's the business department.
