Despite all of this, we are still in the market, really like the look of the Jeep.

Our salesman Jack was great! Low key, low pressure. The sales manager was a bit off-putting and a little bullish, but most are. I hate that they always do the song and dance about losing money and taking hits on a sale but again, it’s a game we all have to play. Did we make a great deal, Nah, but we also expected to not walk away with our exactly what we wanted, so all in all, I would probably send someone their way.

From other reviews appears like a con game of bait and switch. Then top it off with a cock fight to intimidate the guy with his girl in getting him to sign.

We don't know if this is isolated incident or this is how it is with each transaction. It's unfortunate that between printing a sale price that can't be honored, and threatening salespeople demeanor could completely ruin things. Had the price been higher with honest kind caring salespeople it would have been much easier to get to the end result without a lot of problems and animosity and perhaps a deal. I hope they rethink the strategy of printing a price they can't meet or trying to intimidate man to man which is mainly a childlike self fulfilling ego game to make the salespeople feel good because they are offering the impossible the coolest car at the lowest price anywhere, which is why we came there. It's the manager and the salesperson so not sure if this can fixed here

From walking in and being set, dead set, like there was no way we would leave without a particular Jeep on the lot, to feeling like do we even want a Jeep. It makes us concerned for the kind of customer service a Jeep owner would get, had we bought here.

Dishonest salesmanship! I scheduled to see a wrangler priced online at $25,159, the next day the price had jumped to over $36,000 dollars. I called the dealership twice to confirm the appointment and the price. A representative assured me that they would honor the online price so I made the drive. Once I arrived we began negotiations however the advertised price became $31,500, with dealer fees. I was never informed of the reason for change, or given realistic payment options.. Only pressured into a lease option to buy a brand new jeep. Overall a terrible experience. I would not recommend this dealership.

Came to dealer rest to buy a Jeep. However, the advertised price could not be given, $3000 higher after we sat down to talk. Then they got hot headed, posturing, with several sales people insulting and trying to intimidate into buying. It became a pissing contest with me with my girl against a bunch of guys trying to overstep me and attempt to diminish. The opposite of customer service and respect.

I just leased my first car ever from this dealership! My experience with my sales guy & the finance department was amazing! They worked with me & made sure I got into the car that was right for me without making my bank account suffer! I recommend you going to this dealership to make sure you get nothing less then what you deserve! I will definitely be back here!!!

Horrible experience at this dealership. I brought my sister to this dealership to purchase a car that she seen online. When she gets there the price is different. She test drives a minivan. She likes the van and everything went smoothly she was at the last part in to closing the deal. After we were there for almost 3 hours she had the keys in her hand and was ready to leave. I had drove her there to get the car so when she thought the purchase was basically complete she told me that I could leave. Well once I left they changed the script up. Told her that she had to give more money. And the sales people knew that her ride had left so she was basically stranded in New Jersey because we're from Philadelphia. She had to leave and go to another dealership. She was able to buy a car. This dealership is nothing but Crooks. Their prices aren't the same as they are online the payments are way too high. And they thought they were going to get over on a woman but she had the last laugh because another dealership was glad to have her as a customer. I will make sure I inform others about this dealership.

Lastly here they say sorry we will do whatever we can do this won't happen again, knowing the con game works, and if we can just fool people again, we will continue to get now business. I'd head out of this area if I was local don't even consider this business

    I just leased my first car ever from this dealership! My experience with my sales guy & the finance department was amazing! They worked with me & made sure I got into the car that was right for me without making my bank account suffer!
