Ordered two times in a week over 50 dollars spent and so disappointed...all food was over cooked, dried out no sauce on wings and u nedible fries and steak sandwich...so dried out the trash can was insulted....I ordered thru a online website...and complained after receiving it...they said I can return until eaten food for money back...but my main point was learn what the issues are to correct problem not be insulted and suggest that if I'm so unhappy bring back for refund.. we tried to eat, the trash got the rest...I'm not digging through trash to prove a point and I wasn't complaining for a refund but I did expect someone to listen and try to understand cook this way and no one will go there...find out who is the problem and fix don't just assume person is trying to scam one over...so disappointed in them...if it's a new guy, retrain...if it's an original find out what's going on with him...that is all...oh and the previous order this week was two pizzas one with pepperoni...when have you ever noticed 4 boys not devour two pizzas...I had to make sure that this was really epiros...because it was Wednesday and pizza wasn't good...all complained..not just me...I thought they use to be great..not anymore

Clean interior. Friendly service. Excellent food with generous portions for the price. My cheese steak was a bit light for the amount of meat to bread ratio. But no less savory.
I've ordered here a good amount of times with no real issue. Then tonight ordered a cheesesteak and salad. BOTH items had MULTIPLE hairs in them. Their excuse was that "things sometimes get in food while cooking"?! They offered replacement food, which we didn't want to risk more hair obviously. Asked for a refund and were told it would be refunded to our card. Now, no takeout for tonight since card refunds can take up to three days from our bank. Yay. That is beyond unsanitary. I've worked in many food service jobs and have never experienced multiple hairs in multiple dishes!! picture of the cheesesteak was harder to decipher where the hair was, but in the salad it is unmistakable. While I previously enjoyed their food, after something like this we definitely can't order from here again. Would never be able to enjoy the food again!
Very dirty place and staff their is very rude. They don't wear gloves when handling food. Cashier made food after touching cash and did not wash her hands. Place is horrible and said i was bitching about everything.
