This place doesn’t stand behind their app. I saw in today’s shopper where if you download the app they would take $5 off your first order. I ordered and it didn’t take $5 off. I called the store and they told me I already have points so this isn’t a new a new account. I told them that this was a new account, I wouldn’t lie just to get $5 off. They didn’t try to resolve the problem. Their customer service is horrible and they just lost a customer forever...
I should have read the reviews. I've eaten many cheese steaks in my life, this is the only place I ever had red undercooked meat!! Also the pannini's chicken tasted like rubber and asked for peppers on the side but were on the sandwich. I will never go there again!!
Called ordered a sausage parm. they said 10 minutes. Went down 20 minutes later they never started on it. Ask why they said for some reason it was put in the done box and they just changed sift they said. Had already paid for it then they told me it was not done. they said they start it then give them a few minutes.Went next door took about 7 minutes came back it was done. Came home what a joke the sausage they put on top of pizza they put some of that with sauce and put this slop on my bun. Took two bites through the rest in the trash. Called back owner said that what the cook did to try to get it done quick. He offer me another sandwich I had a better idea I WILL NOT COME BACK>
