Always busy and much confusion. Seems the employees learn as you go
I bought my first iPhone case here 10 years ago. The place has been going strong ever since. Probably before that too! A little hard to see as it sits off the road on the end of a building with a currently empty space.
I highly recommend this place if you want to have a great evening.

Employees refused to help me switch SIMs when I bought a new phone. Told me I wasn't "authorized" on the family plan I've been on for 10+ years. Hmm, wasn't a problem the last time I switched SIMs at the very same store...
Horrible customer greating. Wife and I walked in to purchase new phones and stood there for 15 minutes and not one person acknowledged nor said we will be with you shortly. We eventually walked out and decided to go back with verizon.
