Mario and his staff have gone above and beyond for me and my family for 9.2 years! His expertise, positivism, and professionalism is what has kept me with Sprint even though I haven't always been pleased with Sprint's coverage and customer care support. Regardless, I am a happy Sprint customer because of this Sprint Store! By the way, I drive 40 minutes to this Sprint Store even though there is one 10 minutes from my house!
Well over a year ago, I googled the nearest sprint store to my location at the time and was directed here. I expected my experience to be just like every other cell phone place I've been to, long waits and terrible customer service. Boy, was I wrong!! Upon walking in for the very first time, I was welcomed with a friendly smile and sincere interest in finding a solution to my problem. As we all know, there's always problems with cell phones at one time or another but I have to say that my experience here over the past year or so has me beyond satisfied. I have bought 3 phones over the last year and have added people to my Sprint plan because of the customer service in this store. It is not often that you are known by name just after the very first visit but this store makes you feel like family every time you walk in! I've seen this with almost every customer that walks in, so it's not just me! I now drive over an hour to have my Sprint interests and difficulties handled only because my local Sprint stores just don't have the same continuous high quality customer service that this store provides. I HIGHLY recommend Mario! Although I have had exceptional service from every one I've encountered in this store, Mario is definitely my go to guy for all my cell phone needs! If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would!
12-18-2014... Mario & his Co-Worker was two of the nicest people I have met!! I came there with a headache (my iphone) & they helped me until it was fixed. Moving forward, this will be the only sprint store i will use!!
Mario assisted my wife and I when we first leased with Sprint over a year ago. We were very impressed. He was polite, patient, knowledgeable and thorough. Because of his professionalism, Mario's location was our first choice when it came time to enter into a new lease. We visited his location on a Sunday in order to get some general information about a new lease, cell phone upgrade, etc. We returned the following Sunday, and upon entering the store, Mario remembered us and greeted us by last name. He clearly cares for his customers, and wants to deliver a high level of service.. While walking us through our new lease and upgrade, he was once again polite, patient, knowledgeable and thorough. Mario is outstanding, and should be recognized for his consistent level of high performance. Mario is the reason that we choose sprint.
Mario is one of the most consummate professionals I have met to date. Technology is my life blood, and without it my business dealings would crumble. He has had the insight to upgrade my baseline needs as well as keep me abreast of updated telecommunications components. He possesses a knowledge base which seems limitless and continually works with you until satisfaction is eminent. Truly an indispensable part of my high tech life.
